Rackline was formed in 1985 by its current Managing Director Brian Horan in a classic start-up situation operating from the dining room table in the first year. By the end of 1986 the company had started the small scale manufacturing of mobile systems and in 1990 moved into a purpose built factory of 7,000 square feet.
